Thank you so much for being a light during this tough time! I’m always smiling after your classes.
You are as inspiring and authentic as ever.
Your wonderful classes are getting me back into my yoga practice and they lift my spirits.
I am so thankful for all you have done to provide peace, comfort, stability and consistency amidst these turbulent times. You’ve helped us bring some of the safety and sanctuary of Kripalu into our homes as we grapple with these difficult times.
Your intermediate class is so helpful in terms of keeping my strength up. And I love your sequencing. The modifications are spectacular.
After Fifth Chakra Yoga (Yoga of Voice) I was feeling so energized and inspired to use my voice that I picked up my flute (which has been sitting untouched for years) and proceeded to play!
