  • Monday 8:30 – 9:25 AM ET – Intermediate Kripalu Yoga
    This 55-minute practice includes centering, breathing, warm-ups, postures, cool-down and relaxation. The focus is on building both strength and flexibility, with modifications suggested throughout. Appropriate for those with some yoga experience.
  • Wednesday 8:30 – 9:25 AM ET – Gentle Kripalu Yoga
    This 55-minute practice includes centering, breathing, warm-ups, postures, cool-down and relaxation. The focus is on gentle movement and stretching coordinated with breath. Modifications suggested throughout. Appropriate for beginners and those with experience
  • Thursday 5:00 – 5:45 PM ET – Let Your Yoga Dance
    This 45-minute practice combines yoga, breath, and user-friendly moves with fabulous music. A FUN, funky and inspirational dance for body, mind, spirit. Appropriate for everyone.
  • Friday 8:30 – 9:25 AM ET – Yoga and Meditation
    This 55-minute gentle practice includes breathing, movement, postures and a delicious guided meditation. Modifications suggested throughout. Appropriate for everyone, no experience needed.
  • SPECIAL WORKSHOP: Yoga Mood Boost CONTINUED (for managing depression) – Saturday, Nov 13, 9:30 – 11:30 AM ET
    Both science and human experience provide ample evidence: Yoga can be a tremendous help in managing depression. The response to October’s Yoga Mood Boost workshop was overwhelming, and it proved there is a real need for this work right now, so we continue! In this hands-on experiential clinic we’ll dive further into the ways in which yoga supports mental, emotional, physical and behavioral health. All levels welcome. No yoga experience needed. Attendance at Yoga Mood Boost part 1 is not a pre-requisite. Available live or via recording.

    Presented in partnership with and to benefit LiveWell Foundation, offering free peer support for depression, recovery and personal growth. Pay-what-you-can. Not included in the Monthly Unlimited Pass. Suggested Donation: $25.

  • FREE Thanksgiving Day Meditation – Thursday, Nov 25, 9:00 – 9:30 AM ET
    Gentle breath and movement, followed by a guided meditation. Come celebrate, together, the day in which we give thanks for all our blessings. Appropriate for everyone. (No pass purchase needed)


Can’t practice at these times? No problem! Just sign up before the live class begins. All classes are recorded via Zoom and recordings are emailed to registrants within 8 hours of the close of class. Class recordings remain available for two weeks. To ensure receipt of all communications, please subscribe to my newsletter.

How to Sign Up for Classes

  1. Use the red register button below.
  2. Sign In to (or create) your Punchpass account.
  3. Purchase a Pass of your choice.
  4. Go to SCHEDULE or CALENDAR and register for the class(es) you wish to attend. (You must register for each class before it begins in order to participate live or via recording.)
  5. Click on the class title and then RESERVE MY SPOT IN CLASS. (On the following page, you’ll see RESERVED next to the class title to indicate that your reservation went through.)
  6. For each class, you will receive an email with a Zoom link AND a recording, later.

Your intermediate class is so helpful in terms of keeping my strength up.  And I love your sequencing.  The modifications are spectacular. 

After Fifth Chakra Yoga (Yoga of Voice) I was feeling so energized and inspired to use my voice that I picked up my flute (which has been sitting untouched for years) and proceeded to play! 

Today I experienced pure joy I have not felt in decades.

If there is anything good about being in quarantine, it is practicing yoga with (Jurian). Every class feels personal, sincere and healing.

I just had the best 45 minutes of my life.
