  • Monday 8:30 – 9:25 AM ET – Intermediate Kripalu Yoga
    This 55-minute practice includes centering, breathing, warm-ups, postures, cool-down and relaxation. The focus is on building both strength and flexibility, with modifications suggested throughout. Appropriate for those with some yoga experience.
  • Wednesday 8:30 – 9:25 AM ET – Gentle Kripalu Yoga
    This 55-minute practice includes centering, breathing, warm-ups, postures, cool-down and relaxation. The focus is on gentle movement and stretching coordinated with breath. Modifications suggested throughout. Appropriate for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
  • Thursday 5:00 – 5:45 PM ET – Let Your Yoga Dance
    This 45-minute practice combines yoga, breath, and user-friendly moves with fabulous music. A FUN, funky and inspirational dance for body, mind and spirit. Appropriate for everyone.
  • Friday 8:30 – 9:25 AM ET – Asana, Pranayama and Meditation
    This 55-minute practice includes centering, breathing, warm-ups, gentle-to-moderate postures, cool-down and relaxation. With a more dedicated focus on breathing techniques and a five-to-ten-minute meditation at the end, this practice is appropriate for everyone. Modifications offered throughout.
  • SPECIAL WORKSHOP: Healing Vibrations: A New Year’s Eve Ritual to Restore and Renew – Saturday, Dec 31, 9:00 – 11:00 AM ET
    Immerse yourself in healing vibrations to welcome the new year. Join Jurian Hughes and special guest Antoinette Simms for gentle and restorative yoga, followed by a meditative and relaxing sound bath of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong and harp. Like yoga, sound healing has been shown to improve sleep, reduce chronic pain and lower blood pressure. Participants report feelings of peace and harmony. Through a combination of these gentle practices, reflection and journaling, we will prepare our bodies, minds and hearts to release the past year and to fully welcome and embrace the year to come. All welcome. No experience needed. Available live or via recording.


Can’t practice at these times? No problem! Just sign up before the live class begins. All classes are recorded via Zoom and recordings are emailed to registrants within 8 hours of the close of class. Class recordings remain available for two weeks.

How to Sign Up for Classes

  1. Use the red register button below.
  2. Sign into (or create) your Punchpass account.
  3. Purchase a Pass of your choice.
  4. Go to SCHEDULE or CALENDAR and register for the class(es) you wish to attend. (You must register for each class before it begins in order to participate live or via recording.)
  5. Click on the class title and then RESERVE MY SPOT IN CLASS. (On the following page, you’ll see RESERVED next to the class title to indicate that your reservation went through.)
  6. For each class, you will receive an email with a Zoom link AND a recording, later.

After Fifth Chakra Yoga (Yoga of Voice) I was feeling so energized and inspired to use my voice that I picked up my flute (which has been sitting untouched for years) and proceeded to play! 

Today I experienced pure joy I have not felt in decades.

If there is anything good about being in quarantine, it is practicing yoga with (Jurian). Every class feels personal, sincere and healing.

I just had the best 45 minutes of my life.
